Order Processing
In-stock orders are normally processed within one to three business days, Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Orders placed outside business days begin processing on the next business day. Large, made-to-order, or backordered items may require additional time disclosed on the product page or in the Order Confirmation.
Shipping Methods
Available delivery services depend on the product and destination. The applicable method and charge for an eligible address are shown during checkout before the order is placed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated from the destination, item size and weight, and selected service. The final shipping charge is displayed at checkout before the order is submitted. A free-shipping offer applies only when its conditions are displayed on the website or at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Processing and delivery estimates vary by product, destination, and carrier. The estimate available for an order is shown at checkout or in the dispatch notice. Carrier delays, customs, weather, and remote destinations may affect the date; estimates are not guarantees.
Shipping Destinations and Exclusions
Delivery availability depends on the destination and the product. Checkout confirms whether an address can be served. Some oversized products, P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, hotels, and restricted or remote destinations may be ineligible.
Order Tracking
When an order ships with tracking, the tracking number and carrier link are sent in the dispatch email and may also appear in the customer account. Tracking can take up to 48 hours after dispatch to show the first carrier scan.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If tracking shows no movement beyond the Estimated Delivery Time, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, or a shipment arrives damaged, contact Customer Support with the order number, tracking reference, and available evidence. We will work with the carrier to investigate. When loss or shipping damage is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
